Michael Sherwin, Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management, Duquesne University
Michael Sherwin is a member of the Institute for Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) and the Logistics and Supply Chain Division Board of Directors. Dr. Sherwin is also an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a Certified Training Partner for the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
His research interests are in the areas of applied decision analytics, reliability optimization, and risk mitigation within critical supply chains. He is also interested in teaching methodologies with specific interest in Industry 4.0 applications.

Wendy Serapiglia is an Instructor of Supply Chain Management at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. At the graduate level, she teaches Introduction to Supply Chain and Operations Management and Sustainable Supply Chain. At the undergraduate level, she teaches Introduction to Supply Chain and Operations Management and Supply Management.
Prior to joining Duquesne University, Wendy spent 24 years working in Pittsburgh with large, international manufacturing companies.

Paul Stasko, Senior Director, Beckway
Paul Stasko is a Senior Director in the Trailblazer offering at Beckway. Paul has broad experience and a unique skillset in global supply chain, operations, operational excellence/lean, engineering, project management and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Beckway, Paul was a Transformation Expert at Danfoss, where he was responsible for working with American locations to improve contribution margin by reducing indirect factory costs. Other previous roles include Division Supply Chain Manager at Parker Hannifin Electromechanical & Drives Division, and Senior Director of Corporate Supply Chain at Curtiss-Wright.
Paul received his Bachelor’s of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a CPSM designation through ISM.
